Willowbank- Willowbank is one of the very few listed buildings within the Cairngorms National Park and offers bed and breakfast accommodation just 15 minutes' drive from Aviemore. Willowbank licensed guest house is one of the first properties on the edge of the town as you enter from the South, Aviemore and the Cairngorms. The property has stood in the town of Grantown on Spey, a quiet Georgian town, for over 150 years.

Invernairne- Invernairne has a great position overlooking the Moray Firth, and from the garden you can stroll down a path to the beach. This historic mansion has one of the best positions in Nairn, and many of its rooms overlook the sea. Try and spot dolphins, seals, yachts or a beautiful sunset. Alba House- Alba House is a beautiful, detached Victorian villa built around 1860 and set in large, landscaped gardens with many mature trees and ample seating areas. The bedrooms, all en suite, are individually designed with comfort in mind. Each of the spacious bedrooms has retained its Victorian proportions and has either one double (or king-size) bed or twin beds. All bedrooms have been refurbished over the last 6 months. Private parking is available for all guests. Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, The Scottish Parliament Building, The Festival Theatre, The Playhouse Theatre and The Edinburgh International Conference Centre are all close by. Alba House is also conveniently placed for The Royal Observatory, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh University; the King's Building is a 5-minute walk away.

The Farmhouse At Yetholm Mill- The Farmhouse at Yetholm Mill can be found in Kirk Yetholm in the Scottish Borders, and is perfectly situated for exploring Kelso, the Borders and Northumberland. The house has recently been refurbished and enjoys spectacular views. St Cuthbert's Way and the Pennine Way will suit walkers, and if you enjoy cycling, golf, fishing or birdwatching then this is the place for you. There is also racing at Kelso racecourse. There are also plenty of historic buildings to be explored.

Norlaggan- We are a small family-run guest house situated in Speyside, offering quality assured bed and breakfast accommodation. We also have a well appointed lounge exclusively for the use of guests. Included in the price is our full Scottish breakfast. Its plenty enough that you probably won't have to buy lunch.

Carra Beag- Carra Beag is a beautiful Victorian villa in the centre of Pitlochry. It has panoramic views of the countryside, free private parking, free Wi-Fi and great hospitality.
